Ready-to-Ship Items: Allow us a maximum 3-8 business days to process and dispatch your order.
International Shipments: its important to note that for orders shipped outside of the United States, any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the
recipient. These charges are not covered by Homenova and should be settled upon delivery.
We do not offer refunds for items returned due to unpaid customs charges.
Package Responsibility: Once we hand over your parcel to USPS, UPS, Canada Post, or DHL, Homenova is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs in transit. Nevertheless, we are more than willing to assist you with the carrier's claim process to help locate any misplaced items.
